Terms of Service
You need to agree with your terms then to use Tuujee.
Tuujee can help artists and art lovers find inspiration and integrate pictures from existing social accounts. Users can continuously find pictures related to the main picture through the association algorithm of tuujee. This is a website with artwork itself at its core. It has nothing to do with whether an artist is famous or whether there are many followers on social networks. The core of Tuujee is the correlation algorithm. In the future, tuujee may turn more advanced correlation algorithms into charging functions.
Tuujee helps the artist’s work always remain fresh and visible, and also allows art fans to always enjoy the fun of art.
You may use Tuujee only if you can legally form a binding contract with Tuujee, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. When you create your Tuujee account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. Any use or access by anyone under the age of 16 is not allowed. If you’re based in the EEA, you may only use Tuujee if you are over the age at which you can provide consent to data processing under the laws of your country. We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content, or change the way it’s used in Tuujee, for any reason. This includes User Content that we believe violates these Terms, or any other policies.

6.Third party links, sites, and services
Tuujee has links to content off of Tuujee. Most of that stuff is awesome, but we’re not responsible when it’s not.
Tuujee respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect people on Tuujee to do the same. It’s our policy—in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion—to disable or terminate the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
If you’re a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, you can report alleged copyright infringements on Tuujee by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our designated copyright agent.
When we get your DMCA notice, we’ll take whatever action we think is appropriate, which may include removing the reported content from Tuujee.
If we remove content in response to a DMCA notice, we may notify the person who saved it on Tuujee so they have the opportunity to send a counter-notice. We may also send a complete copy of the notice to others, as appropriate.
We are a start-up company, and the DMCA process is very expensive for you and me. If you find that your copyright has been infringed, please contact us and describe the copyright issue in as much detail as possible. We will use the highest efficiency to solve the problem and save your time.
We are very focused on website construction and optimization. There is no time to collect your data. You can rest assured that we will not sell your private data.
Unfortunately, people post bad stuff on services like Tuujee. We take that kind of thing seriously but you still might run into it before we have a chance to take it down. If you see bad stuff, please report it to us.
Notification procedures and changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to you, and you agree to receive legal notices electronically if that’s what we decide. We may revise these Terms from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on our website. If a revision, in our discretion, is material, we’ll notify you. By continuing to access or use Tuujee after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the new Terms. If you don’t agree to the new terms, please stop using Tuujee.
If we’re making a big change to the terms, we’ll let you know. If you don’t like the new terms, please stop using Tuujee.
